Productivity is key This book is an overview of productivity and how to effectively manage the cornerstone of HR. It's an excellent read for those readers wanting a broad overview, but may be a disappointment for readers searching for canned metrics on productivity and quantitative measures of human resources.
Fantastic - ties it all together This is a great book. It very nicely ties together all phases of the employment process focusing on making data-driven decisions and linking HR and I/O Psychology functions to the bottom line. Throughout the text it provides 'capsules' on case studies to illustrate the points in each section. A must have for the scientist / practitioner and management generalist!
