Expected more... I expected more from this book - at least some concrete, document examples (verbage) on tailoring IT policies. Readers should look here for an overview but elsewhere for mor e detail. | ||
Disappointed reader I was not at all pleased once I received the book at the full purchase price. I was expecting more formal policies already written. The ones included in the book are very broad and most likely unuseful in their current format to most any business. I recommend that you get the book, but do not pay the full price for it. Find it used. | ||
