GREAT TEXTBOOK!
I used this text book for my Business Law class in college and it was just great! This book is so packed that attending lectures actually becomes an option for the student. Get it, read it, enjoy it and keep it. It comes in handy from time to time.

99.99% of everything you'll ever need to know
Words cannot accurately describe just how awesome this book is. I thought the 4th edition was as complete as it could be, but THE ROSZ has certainly outdone himself here. His moving storyline protraying Joe Doaks in various legal situations along with landmark cases make for an easy, yet entertaining read. This book does for education what Leftkowitz v. GMSS (MN App. 1957) does for general contract law. Roszkowski brings the law to life in a way otherwise thought impossible. He must have a huge following in the law community. Any serious student must add this book to their library.
