A must for Users and Providers Bierma and Waterstraat have very accurately described a proven outsourcing process to reduce both chemical usage and chemical costs. The book is excellent for newcomers looking to use chemical management as a tool to reduce usage and costs but has enough information for those that are using chemical management to improve their programs.
