Great Resource!!! The text was very helpful in guiding me through a pretty tough class. It's a great book for all managers to read - and should. It presented a fantastic array of methods to improve communication skills, maximize motivation, and gave key management and leadership styles. The most useful information that it contained was how to utilize the strategies in today's business arenas. Fantastic real world application. This is truly a book that will help prepare anyone for the new age management we've been thrust into. | ||
Excellent Book I didn't think I would like the class that used this book (my major is computer science) although I, suprisingly, loved the class AND this book. This book is EXCELLLENT and is nice to read. It is well done and explores many sides to the same issue and isn't one sided at all. It is probably one of the best textbooks for any of the classes I took and is worth reading if you have an interest in the subject even if you are not taking any classes. | ||
