Care planning resource This book was very well organized and set in areas that were the most helpful to me; MedSurg, Peds (there are also others as well). It was a great asset when I was struggling with my care plans during nursing school because of its format and its intervention and rationales. The interventions and rationales were very short and to the point which comes in handy at 12 at night. I would recommend this book to any nursing student that is having trouble or just needs some extra help with their care plans.
could have more this helped me a good bit with careplans, but it could have a little more info. I had to purchase a second careplan book to supplement this one.
