Product Description Unlike any other care plan book on the market, this resource contains selected care plans for pediatric, maternity, and psychiatric nursing in addition to medical-surgical nursing care plans for adult care. This is the only care planning resource that allows you to use one book throughout your nursing curriculum. Color-coded medical-surgical, maternity, pediatric, and psychiatric sections help you quickly find each content area while giving the book a full-color look and feel.

Easy to use I bought this book to help write care plans for pediatrics. It is a pretty good book and very easy to use. The pathophysiology in the book is pretty simple so I had to use other resources for that. I found repeating interventions with repeating rational for several of the peds careplans. It did save me time from searching peer reviewed rational specific to pediatrics. I would recommend the book as a source but it probably isn't going to help you write your entire careplan. I hope to be able to use again for mental health careplans.
jam-packed This book is so jam-packed with info, it is a somewhat tough read. However, practically anything one needs to research can be found here
NICE BOOK TO HAVE FOR SCHOOL Helped me greatly with my plan of care during this semester and will contibuw using.
Care planning resource This book was very well organized and set in areas that were the most helpful to me; MedSurg, Peds (there are also others as well). It was a great asset when I was struggling with my care plans during nursing school because of its format and its intervention and rationales. The interventions and rationales were very short and to the point which comes in handy at 12 at night. I would recommend this book to any nursing student that is having trouble or just needs some extra help with their care plans.
could have more this helped me a good bit with careplans, but it could have a little more info. I had to purchase a second careplan book to supplement this one.
