Physics Cutnell and Johnson Volume II Despite sending me Volume I when I first purchased the product, the seller was very interested in treating the customer right. Not only did she resend me the correct text promptly, but she sent me postage to return the wrong text to her, and even reimbursed me for the original textbook shipping. It was a very responsible reaction to an unfortunate situation. As far as the text goes, it is in good shape- just as she said. | ||
