Poor Service I can't even give a review because I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT! I have written to the sender, who has never responded. This is a textbook I need for class; and I have to borrow a classmate's book because mine never came. It's been three weeks past the date the sender said it would arrive.
