Reviews

The Book for PT's!
This is a excellent book that will generate a different approach to personal training. It contains brilliant examples for training programmes - i've used some on the website [...].

Very applicable guide for PT
I've had many certifications in my career as a personal trainer. I found this and my Peak Pilates PPS1 training to be most helpful. This gives you a system you can use to train any client at any level safely and effectively.

Text Book PT
NASM's Personal Fitness Training is a well written easy to understand guide on Personal Training. In Australia it is a struggle to find good literature on this sort of stuff. Great book.

An Excellent Source
I only studied this book with the work book and passed with flying colors first time.
