Essential resource for classroom teachers I have worked as a teacher in both "gifted" and "regular" classrooms and have also served as district coordinator for gifted programs. Having an empirical base that helps one understand what works for varieties of gifted students and why is invaluable. Best Practices Not So Much This book is intended to give the best practices in gifted education. It is very vague about the practices. Much theory but not a lot of actual advice. It may be good for a beginner or parent who wants to know the general options of gifted education. | ||
